TINKER’S TRIKE
Tinker’s trike was, in his own words,
“recreated from an absolute pile of shit by
Will (Trog) of NCC Sussex”. That was around
five years ago. Built around a Ford Mustang
302 V8 with high lift cams and automatic
gearbox, both of them rebuilt, the engine
breathes through a Holley carb and has
Moon Equipment rocker box covers, air
scoop and foot controls. The front wheel is
from a Harley Fat Boy and the rear “fat and
sticky” wheels sit either side of a Jaguar rear
axle. It has a Landrover Series 3 steering
box while the rear rack is made of Mitsubishi
Shogun bull bars. Tinker says, “It does 10 to
