On the next screen, you’re invited to
enter a four-digit control PIN. Tap the
Create PIN button, enter a four-digit number
you’re confident you can remember, and
then tap Save to set it as your PIN.

The restrictions according to maturity
level are off by default. Set the level of
restriction by tapping the age group of your
youngest child. For example, if they’re
around ten, tap ‘Older Children’.
6
If a show is within their permitted age
ratings, but you want to stop them
watching it, you can use the ‘Restrict Specific
Titles’ field. Type it in, and choose from
suggestions as you type.
7
Programmes on the Restrict Specific
Titles list are PIN-protected, just like
the mature content you set up in Step 5. You
can remove movies and shows from the list
by tapping the ‘x’ next to it.
8
Now, anyone who is using your Netflix
account and wants to watch a show
that, according to your settings, is restricted
must enter the four-digit parental controls
PIN code before they can stream it.
9
If you forget your PIN, when asked to
enter it, tap ‘Forgot PIN?’. To turn off
parental controls, go back into Account >
Parental Controls and set the restrictions to
the highest level, ‘Adults’.
