Aircraft Edition Next, I airbrushed a fine pre-shading
pattern, using Mr.Paint MRP-059
‘RLM 66 Grey’, which is my
favourite choice for this task.To add more visual interest to the
paintwork, I painted the chosen panels
and surfaces with AK-Interactive
AK482 ‘Duraluminium’.The kit was now left to try thoroughly,
as the next step was to feature some
painstaking masking, using various
pieces of Tamiya tape.
Afterwards, I airbrushed some
chosen areas with AK-Interactive
AK478 ‘White Aluminium’......and AK481 ‘Polished Aluminium’.
Some small parts and areas, such as the weapon bay covers, were sprayed with
transparent layers of AK-Interactive AK476 ‘Steel’.
