has successfully completed the

consumption of a previously believed “unbeatable” breakfast

in record time. Taking on the ‘Terminator 2’ food challengeat

Shepherd’s Place Farm in Nottinghamshire, Moran scoffed down

65 items totaling 4,000 calories in just 12 minutes. The breakfast

Researchers in Switzerland have completed an experiment by
exposing cheese to music and claim it created more flavour.
Nine wheels of cheese each weighing 10 kilograms were
placed into separate wooden crates with various tunes playing
through mini transmitters 24 hours a day. The objective was
to test the impact of different music genres on cheese flavour
and aroma. Some of the songs selected including the hip
hoptrack, “We Got it From Here”, Mozart’s
“Magic Flute” and Led Zeppelin’s classic,
“Stairway to Heaven”. Researchers
from the Bern University of Arts said,
“The most obvious differences were
observed in strength of flavor, smell
and taste... The hip hop sample topped
the list of all cheese exposed to music
in terms of fruitiness.” A culinary
jury underwent two blind
tastings of each cheese to
determine the findings.
