THE SHARPNESS PLAYBOOK: PRACTICAL TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Howmuchfocus?
Decidewhatyouwantin focusfirst.If it’s
a portrait,perhapsyouwantjusttheperson
in focus.If so,usea longerlensanda wider
aperture.However,if thebackgroundis
important,thenmakesurethat’sin focus,too,
byeitherusinga widerlensornarrowingyour
aperture to create a greater depth of field.
