bythenumberofsharesandlikes.

Feedbackisalwaysgood.Atleast
peoplecareenoughtotellyou.Soac-
ceptcriticismandthinkaboutit,con-

angles.Youcanthenpresentyour
reasonsforyourviewsorapproach
anddiscussthemrationallyandobjec-
tively.Vieweverydayasanopportuni-
