We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and compassionate
Pastoral Progress Assistants to join our Pastoral Support
Team supporting the Pastoral Progress Managers for either
Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 to start September, 2019.
Please indicate your preference to work with either Key
Stage 3 or 4 on your application.
The successful candidates will:


  • To support the KS3 Pastoral Progress Manager with
    the pastoral arrangements of the school in creating a
    positive year identity and in establishing high standards
    of achievement, behaviour and attendance.

  • To assist and provide support to the KS3/4 Assistant
    Pastoral Progress Manager and KS3/4 Pastoral Progress
    Manager by ensuring communication of matters relating
    to their year are clear and well publicised.
