BREAKOUT CUSTOM

for all Australians to relate to. Inserted to the aged
scroll, is one of the most well-known photographs
of Ned Kelly, while a shotgun overlays the right side.
The front fender has a view of Ned in his armour,
smoke rising from the pistol in his hand while on the
rear is his infamous quote, “Such is life”, is stacked
letter upon letter on a smoky background reaching
to the bottom of the custom wrap fender.
The bike is finished with some low-key custom
accessories much suited to this black and chrome
Breakout.
Glenn is old-school and fitted a custom fender
eliminator to tidy the rear end, DNA Mammoth 52
spoke rims and a CVO seat in black which looks the
goods and matches the black leather sleeves on the
upper fork tubes. Black 16in Burleigh HighBall bars,
Willie G grips, Sickle Axe mirrors and black Zombie
levers with chrome ‘Zombie’ pegs and pedals.
Down low on the drive side is a ‘Live to Ride’
primary cover sporting a black Harley-Davidson
‘Number 1 Skull’ derby cover.
Finishing off the black and chrome styling are
gloss black lower fork sliders and rear fender struts, a
gloss black custom extended headlight. On the right
side are rumbling Vance & Hines Big Radius’pipes in
flat black and a gloss black Screamin’ Eagle air filter.
Mechanically, Glenn has Screamin’ Eagle 211 cams
and a Pro Tuner which pumps up the horsepower
and Legend Suspension drops the bike for that low
look that never goes out of style.
Great result and a fitting tribute to Ned. HD
