designed by Story Design Collective,
who recreated the atmosphere of
a hunting lodge with pressed ceilings,
leatherbanquettesandoldhunting
paintings (which frequently feature the character from the logo –
acheekyfox,whichalwaysescapesthehunter).There’sanimpressive
rangeofIrishandScotchwhiskiestotry,aswellasacoupleofoptions
fromTaiwan,Japan,AmericaandSA.Orsiponaperfectlypoured
whiskysourwithalighteggwhitefroth,oraPaloma–theMexican
cocktailthat’smoreauthenticthanamargarita.Catchlive acoustic
