HOUR-BY-HOUR SCHEDULEsurprisingly normal life. “Since day one,
William and Kate have made it their
mission to give their kids a happy and
loving upbringing, and so far, they’ve
succeeded,” the insider continues, adding
that the adorable trio don’t even realize
that they’re members of the monarchy
yet! “They’re just your average kids, and
their parents intend to keep it that way.”DOING IT THEIR WAY
While the Duke and Duchess of
Cambridge have had the help of
supernanny Maria Borrallo since
George’s birth, the insider says they
only rely heavily on her when their
schedules clash. “William and Kate
always try to make sure at least one of
them is home with the kids at all times,
during which Maria knows she plays a
supporting role only,” shares the insider.
“Kate has such fond memories of her
simple childhood surrounded by the
love of her parents and two siblings. She
can’t imagine providing anything but
that for her own brood, regardless oftheir status in life.”
But that’s not to say she coddles her
children. “Much to the horror of their
posh extended family, Kate gives George
and Charlotte chores to do around the
house,” says the insider. “They’re
expected to put away their toys and feed
[their dog], Lupo. William’s also currently
teaching George how to make his own
bed; Charlotte will learn soon as well.”
When the kids finish their chores, Kate
rewards them with a fun activity, like
making homemade pizzas. “They love it,”
Kate once shared, “because they can get
their hands messy!”DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES
William and Kate certainly have their
hands full — especially with all the extra
attention little Louis gets. “He’s still so
young and needs to be on a schedule, so
Kate has a very strict set of rules for him,
including a 7 p.m. bedtime and dinner no
later than 5 p.m.,” says the insider, adding
that she often jokes that she’s a
“helicopter mom” when it comes to her5 A. M .Louis wakes up and Kate
