Sauerkrautslaw
Readyin 15 minutes| Serves4 |DF|GF

1 cupfinelyslicedredcabbage
½cupsauerkraut(recipeon previous page)
1 carrot,finelygrated
1 redcapsicum,finelysliced
¼cupchoppedherbs – parsley, mint, basil etc
2 Tbspoliveoil
2 Tbspsauerkraut juice (from the jar)
1 tsphoney
Seasalt
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

1 Combinetheredcabbage, sauerkraut,
carrotandcapsicum.

2 Sprinkleovertheherbs.


3 Combinetheoliveoil,sauerkrautjuice
andhoney,seasonwithseasaltand
crackedpepper,andmix well. Sprinkle in
thesesameseeds.

4 Tossthedressingwiththeslaw.


5 Serve with seared meat, tofu or seafood.
