Stitching idea
If you’re not going on an egg hunt,
stitch initials to make personalised
egg cosies for dippy eggs, or pretty
Easter greetings cards.Work your stash
and save money!
You don’t need to buy a new set
of threads to stitch our alphabet- small motifs like these are
great stashbusters, so look at
substituting the colours to use
up threads that you already
have in your stash. The letters
use only two shades of blue, so
it’s easy to find a replacement
for them, or change up the
brighter colours of the eggs.
Stitching tip
Use double-sided tape or a few
dots of PVA glue to attach your aida
band to a wicker Easter basket.
