BRAND TW STEEL,

headed by its equally

young CEO Jordy

Cobelens, released

a special timepiece

to commemorate

the brand’s 10th

anniversary in

the Philippines.

The limited edition TW Steel X is

a dual time watch powered by a

Swiss chronograph movement

by Ronda AG. The second time

zone subdial is at 6 o’clock while

the date window can be found

at 12 o’clock. The 44mm case is

made of high-grade 316L steel

with an elegant brushed finish,

while its bezel has eight screws

and a polished finish on the

sides. Its black dial is protected

by a durable sapphire-coated

crystal. The TW Steel X comes

with a silicon rubber strap and is

waterproof up to a depth of 10

ATM. There are only 320 pieces

available, and they are priced at

P40,000 each.

TW Steel was founded in

2005 in The Netherlands, and

was officially launched in the

Philippines in October 2009

by Lucerne Jewellers. Its first

standalone store in the world

opened in Manila just a year later.

TW Steel’s Podium branch soon

saw the addition of nine more

stores all over Metro Manila,

Pampanga, and Cebu City.
