2 cups coconut water
1 cup mango juice

(^1) ⁄ 4 cup orange juice
2 Tbs. maraschino cherry juice
Combine first 3 ingredients in
ice-filled pitcher; stir. Divide
cherry juice between 2 glasses;
add drink. Garnish as desired.
Makes 2 servings

2 hibiscus tea bags
2 cups coconut water
1 cup quartered
strawberries
2 Tbs. honey
Simmer tea in coconut water
for 3 min. Strain; cool. Puree
strawberries; strain. Add tea,
berry juice and honey to ice-
filled cocktail shaker. Cover;
shake. Strain into 2 glasses.
Garnish as desired.
Makes 2 servings
2 fresh mint sprigs
2 cups coconut water
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup lime juice
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup lemon juice
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup agave syrup
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup club soda
In small pitcher, muddle mint
in coconut water; add next
3 ingredients. Stir; pour into
2 ice-filled glasses. Top with
club soda. If desired, garnish
with citrus slices.
