Liquid Hand Soap

Makes 1 soap dispenser’s worth

240ml Castile liquid soap

10 drops lemon essential oil

10 drops rosemary essential oil

1 tsp vitamin E oil

soap dispenser bottle

1 Combine all the ingredients

in a soap dispenser bottle and

shake to mix.

Orange All-round

Kitchen Spray

“This will clean and sterilise all

surfaces – kitchen and bathroom

• and leave everything smelling
  delicious. It’s also a fab way to use
  up the orange peels that often get
  discarded and wasted.”

Makes 400ml

4 oranges, peel only

200ml water

200ml white vinegar

500ml glass jar

a recycled spray bottle

1 Tightly pack the citrus peel into a

glass jar and cover with white vinegar.

2 Put the lid on, and let it sit

for four weeks.

3 Strain the vinegar into

a spray bottle and top up

with an equal amount of water.

Spray directly onto surfaces

and wipe with a damp cloth.
