MINT-TEA FRESH
Trying to cut down on your cafeine intake? Aren’t
we all! Thankfully, though, the concept has never
been easier, thanks to Cupsmith’s Garden Mint Tea.
This lavour-packed blend of peppermint and spearmint
tastes delicious, whilst also being made from leaf tea.
While this method of making a brew is usually time-
consuming, this isn’t the case with Cupsmith’s, as the
tea is made using fully biodegradable silk pyramid tea
temples. You’ll get the bonus of an easy-to-make
tea, without compromising on taste! £4.25, ocado.com

NOT SO GUILTY PLEASURE
We all need a choccie ix now and again, but now you can feel good while
you indulge, thanks to the latest launch from the RSPB. Its irst ever chocolate
bar is made with forest-friendly cocoa beans from the Gola Rainforest in Sierra
Leone – a biodiversity hotspot, where farmers live in harmony with the wildlife.
The new bars come in two lavours: milk and dark, and both are organic and
palm oil-free. The dark bar is also vegan, containing just cocoa beans and
unreined sugar. All proits from sales of the bars will be re-invested into the
Gola Rainforest Cocoa Forest, protecting wildlife and supporting local
communities. Just what we like to hear! Each bar costs £3.49, rspb.org.uk
