COLOURED LINER
A flash of vivid eyeliner can make the
whites of your eyes appear brighter
and more awake. Choose a shade that
is on the opposite side of the colour
spectrum to your eye colour to make
them really pop. Blue eyes suit peach,
orange and copper; green eyes look
great with purples and pinks; while
brown eyes shine bright against bold
blue hues. Starting at the inner cornerof
the eye, draw along the lash line, taking
the line as close to the lashes as possible.
From hot pink to punchy purple, Urban
Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil, £16,
will add some zing to your lids.

THICKER LASHES
Forget falsies, all you need to make your lashes look
thicker, darker and fuller is a little technique known as
tight-lining. Curl your lashes, then using one hand to lift
your lid up slightly, nestle and wiggle eyeliner right into
the roots, drawing along the waterline. This nifty trick
makes the base of your eyelashes look naturally thick
and really opens up the eye. As the waterline is moister,
choose something waterproof, like Rimmel Scandaleyes
Waterproof Kohl Kajal, £4.49, for long-lasting definition.
