Directions



  1. Get a casserole dish, place the steaks in it.

  2. Get a small mixing bowl: whisk in it the rest of the ingredients to make the marinade. Pour
    it all over the steaks to coat them with it.

  3. Cover the dish and place it in the fridge for an overnight.

  4. Before you do anything preheat the grill and grease its grates. Drain the steaks from the
    marinade and grill them for 9 to 12 min on each side.

  5. Wrap the steaks in a piece of foil and place them aside to rest for 5 min. serve them warm.

  6. Enjoy.
