Directions
- Get a casserole dish, place the steaks in it.
- Get a small mixing bowl: whisk in it the rest of the ingredients to make the marinade. Pour
it all over the steaks to coat them with it. - Cover the dish and place it in the fridge for an overnight.
- Before you do anything preheat the grill and grease its grates. Drain the steaks from the
marinade and grill them for 9 to 12 min on each side. - Wrap the steaks in a piece of foil and place them aside to rest for 5 min. serve them warm.
- Enjoy.
