Directions
- Get a large mixing bowl: mix in it the paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin and cinnamon.
Add the chicken pieces and stir them well. - Place a large pan over medium heat. Heat the oil in it. Sauté in it the chicken pieces for 5
min. - Stir in the lemon with garlic, onion, a pinch of salt and pepper. Let them cook for 7 min
while stirring from time to time. - Pour in 1 C. of stock with lemon juice and olives. Turn off the heat and adjust the
seasoning of the stew. - Pour the rest of the stock in a large saucepan with butter. Cook them over medium heat
until it starts boiling. - Combine in the couscous and put on the lid. Remove the pan from the heat and place it
aside to sit for 6 min. - Use a fork to fluff the rice and remove the grains. Stir the pine nuts into it.
- Spoon the couscous into a serving bowl then top it with the chicken. Garnish it with
parsley and serve it warm. Enjoy.
