Directions


  1. Before you do anything preheat the oven to 450 F.

  2. Get a small mixing bowl: mix in it the mango, onion, mint and orange juice. Wrap the
    bowl in a piece of plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to make the salsa.

  3. Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread the harissa on the fillets
    then place them on a lined up and greased baking sheet.

  4. Place the fillets in the oven and cook them for 22 min. serve them warm with the fruit
    salsa.

  5. Enjoy.
