Step 14: Hold down the Option
(PC: Alt) key and drag a copy of
one of the cracked concrete layers
down to just above the Shadows
layer. Clip this layer to the Shadows
layer and Free Transform it to cre-
ate some cracks in the lion statue.
Duplicate the layer and reposition
and transform as desired. Remem-
ber to drag the layers to the Create
a New Layer icon at the bottom of
the Layers panel so each duplicate
layer remains clipped to the Lion
Statue layer.

Step 15: There’s room for two more lion statues in the “head space.” Use the same
process we used with the first statue in Steps 11–14 to add them into the working
file. You can find the two stock images used in this tutorial by clicking here and here.
Use slightly different settings in the Curves and the Hue/Saturation adjustments so
each statue has a unique color and texture that’s slightly different than the others.
Also, for the image of the single lion, you’ll need to go to Edit >Transform>
Flip Horizontal. For the image with three lion statues, use the Object Selection tool
(W) to marquee around the lion on the right to select just that lion. You’ll need to
flip this lion as well.
