PositionDescription
TheUniversityofChicago’sDepartmentofMedicine,SectionofGastroenterology,
HepatologyandNutrition,issearchingforanassistanatprofessorwithinterests
in the area of Infammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). The appointee will have a mix
of outpatient and inpatient endoscopy, IBD and general GI clinic, inpatient IBD
serviceandconsultation.Theappointeewillbeabletostaffclinicsatmultiple
sitesincludingChicagolandsuburbsandNorthwestIndiana.Weespecially
welcome applicants with advanced training in IBD and experience managing
a clinical practice of IBD and general GI patients. Other duties will include
teaching and supervision of trainees and students. Compensation (including
a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent upon qualifications.
Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: (1) have
an medical doctorate or equivalent, (2) hold or be eligible for medical
licensure in the State of Illinois, and (3) be BC/BE in Gastroenterology.

TheUniversityofChicagoÕsDepartmentofMedicine,CenterforEndoscopic
ResearchandTherapeutics(CERT)andSectionofGastroenterology,are
searchingforanassistantprofessortojoinourrapidlygrowinginterventional
endoscopyandmetabolicendoscopypractice.Theappointeewill havea
