state and region at last Sunday’s Corvette Club of Battle Creek fundraiser show.

the nation and 15 in Michigan.- As members of NCCC, there are
car shows, rallys, and low- and high-
speed autocross events that members
can participate in. - The club’s annual Car Show at
Cornwell’s is one of the biggest in
Michigan. - Aside from season-long events
here and there around the state, the
Corvette Club of B.C. also provides
cars for high school homecomings
in the city each year; it participates
in parades in Battle Creek, Marshall,
Athens and Colon; and participates
in numerous shows shows such as
the one in Lakeview each August
and at the Gilmore Car Museum
annual Car Show.
Added Hamilton: “Last year our
club made the trip to the National
Corvette Museum and the Corvette
assembly plant in Bowling Green,
KY, and we also had a drive through
the back roads of Kentucky led by
some friends from the Bowling
Green Corvette Club.
“We had a great meal there, and
yes, ice cream. It was a great time.
“Plus,” concluded Hamilton, “we
do monthly drive and dines, also.
There is always something to do.”
