Dustin Pierce and Jessica Snyder
struck it rich again at the Battle
Creek USBC (United States Bowling
Congress) Bowling Association’s
fifth annual Awards Banquet that
took place Tuesday, June 18 at The
Base Bar & Grill in Springfield.
Both Pierce and Snyder were
named respective Men’s and
Women’s Bowler of the Year for the
second straight season – with Pierce
coming in with a 235 average in
league play for 2023-24, and Snyder
averaging 214.
And in Pierce’s case, it was his
third consecutive Bowler of the Year
prize.
A gathering of close to 100
attended the banquet, with a bevy of
awards handed out in several catego-
ries and divisions during the evening
affair.
