“As of July 1, we’re all back
online,” said Cornish about a pre-
vious reduced bed census that has
since been restored. “Some of our
beds were offline over the last two
years, which means they weren’t
counted like financially for the
facility. When it came to Medicaid
reimbursement, it was a something
the state offered to do. We didn’t get
penalized for not having full beds.
