Please take notice that the following is a summary of an Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 8/09/07/39, which was adopted by the Bedford Charter Township Board at its regular meeting
held August 8, 2024, said Ordinance to take effect upon publication, after adoption of the following
summary of said Ordinance.
ORDINANCE AMENDING BEDFORD CHARTER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE
NO. 618, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 8/09/07/39
SECTION I. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 618.99 OF ORDINANCE NO. 618, AS
AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 8/09/07/39. This section amends the penalty
provision as a misdemeanor by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a
fine of up to $500, or both.
SECTION II. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Ordinance are severable.
SECTION III. REPEAL. This section provides for repeal of any conflicting ordinances.
SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect upon publication, after
adoption.
