Out The Vote’ candidate forum Sunday
There will be a “Meet the
Candidates” Forum on Sunday,
Sept. 29 at the Maranatha Family
Life Center, 400 Waubascon
Road, Battle Creek, at 3 p.m., said
spokesperson Shirley Tuggle.
“The purpose of the forum is
for voter education, understand-
ing of ballot issues and to meet
the candidates who are seeking an
office,” said Tuggle. “The can-
didates will be present to answer
questions and explain their plat-
forms for the election cycle. The
public is invited to attend and par-
ticipate in this event.”
Candidates slated to

Representative CD4; MI State
Representatives 44th District - Jim
Haadsma; Christine Kosmowski;
County Commissioner can-
didates for District 1, Rochelle
Hatcher; District 3, Tony
