English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in
eighteenth-century British literature, critical theory, and rhetoric. John’s
own profound and transformative experiences in humanistic psychotherapy
led him to the psychology department at the University of West Georgia,
where he earned an M.A. degree. He practiced psychotherapy for several
years, and later returned to UWG to receive his Ph.D. He is the author of
Trauma and the Ontology of the Modern Subject (Routledge, 2017).


Elizabeth Deligio, PhD


Elizabeth Deligio completed her Ph.D. in Community, Liberation,
Indigenous and Ecopsychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her research
is concerned with memory, trauma, historical legacies, and decolonial
praxis. She is the President Elect of APA Division 48 Society for the Study
of Peace, Conflict and Violence.


Kathleen Skott-Myhre, PhD


Kathleen Skott-Myhre is an Associate Professor in the Department of
Psychology at the University of West Georgia. She teaches courses, and
supervises graduate students, in feminist, clinical, postmodern, and critical
psychology. Her research specializes in the psychology of feminist
spirituality. She is the author of Feminist Spirituality under Capitalism:
Witches, Fairies, and Nomads (Routledge, 2017).
