It’sbeena while
since we talked
about Minecraft,
but the original and
best crafting game is still
getting bigger and better.
If you haven’t logged in
for a while, there’s plenty
of great new additions
to explore. The biggest
is the Village and Pillage
update. There are way
too many changes to listhereintermsofnewbuild
types, items to craft and
biomes, not to mention
wildlife and mobs running
about the over world.
The biggest addition,
however, are the villagers,
which now appear in
the various villages in
the world. There are now
heaps of different types
and variation in these
villages, matched to thevariousbiomes.Tocounter
this, there are the new
pillagers, a type of mod
armed with crossbows
constantly attacking the
villages. It’s crazy when
lots of pillagers raid a
village. This update joins
the underwater patch
from 2018 to prove that
Minecraft is still one of
the best games ever.Those of you
old enough to
member the
Burnout series will
know how amazing that
crash-focused racing
experience was. Luckily for
us, the developers of that
game have formed a new
studio and made a spiritual
successor called Dangerous
Driving. This is an arcade
racer, where you are free
to not only drive as fastas possible, but also ram
other cars off the road and
have spectacular crashes.
There are even other cars
on the road - like traffic- to avoid or use to your
advantage where you can.
There’s plenty of content
here, with some fun side
modes. This includes one
where you need to chase
down a suspect as a police
officer and another where
you just have to be the last
car standing. Add to that
30 different tracks, new
cars to unlock, a full online
multiplayer mode and also
the ability to chain crashes
together, and how can you
