Number of days: 2–3 days, allowing
half a day to explore Freiburg.

open daily. Shops are usually open
from 9am to 5pm from Monday to
Friday, and close early on Saturdays.
Many shops and services are closed
on Sundays. Restaurants generally
close around 10pm.

Main market days: Freiburg: daily.

Shopping: Cuckoo clocks and
woodcarvings can be bought from
Uhren-Park in Triberg.

Left Traditional cottage, Titisee
region, see p222
