machine. In this chapter we’ll focus on ways to get your
name out in front of as many people as possible within
your financial reach. There are many ways you can market
yourself. Creative ideas will distinguish your marketing
from the competition. You don’t want to waste money on
pointless advertising that won’t be recognized. Do what

are targeted specifically at real estate agents or even your

1.Car Magnets.Have car magnets made. It’s rather
inexpensive and shows professionalism when ar-
riving to an appointment. Of course you wouldn’t
want to put car magnets on a rust bucket car. If
that’s the case, wait until you have a decent car to
put them on. With car magnets you may get
prospects to walk up to your car and pick your
brain with questions about the neighborhood and
the activity. I’ve experienced this many times my-
self. These are good leads to follow up on. People
