in similar zip codes for less than the retail stamp rate. Ad-
ditionally, these permits make the job of mass mailing

the office to share. This will save you the trouble and
money of doing it yourself. Once you have a permit, all

Five Tips for Effective Automated Mailings
1.Have someone else do your dirty work.Time is
money. If you can save time (money) by having
someone else do your tedious tasks, by all means
go for it. Contact a few print shops to see whether
one of them will print, label, and stuff all of your
envelopes for you every month. You should be
able to find a printer willing to take on the task of
printing the envelope letterhead, printing the let-
ter, stuffing the envelope, and addressing the en-
velope. Then all you will have to do is pick up the
batch every month and take it to the post office
