Here is how you do it. Go onto the MLS and
look up offices in the nearby area of the property
for which you are creating an e-flyer. Click on
each agent one by one and copy and paste their e-
mail address onto the e-mail you are sending. You
can then personalize the subject of the e-mail how
you wish. The more specific your message the bet-
ter, such as: “Any agents have buyers for a
Portage Park bungalow?”

Mailing Proof of Advertisements


If you publish advertisements of your listings in news-
papers or magazines, make copies for your sellers. Mail
your seller a copy of their home in the local paper that you
promised to publish their ad in. You can also print out the
ads from major websites that feature their home and mail
those to them as well. For the rare sellers who don’t have
access to the Internet or just don’t know how to navigate
it, mail them a copy every time their ad goes into the paper.
This is just proof that you are fulfilling your promise to
them.
