plore for FSBOs online than you may have thought.
Go exploring for yourself. You’ll find many websites
that host FSBOs. Just be sure to read the fine print. On
some of these websites, they prohibit the solicitation of
real estate agents. You can look under “Homes for Sale”
on websites like craigslist.com and buyowner.com. Many
by-owner sites offer FSBO leads as well. Like I said earlier,
FSBOs are everywhere. Why aren’t you calling them?
Bringing FSBOs to You
To be the most efficient, and essentially to make the
most money, you must delegate. Having people calling you
with FSBO information is another way to gather leads.
You can try paying a couple of bucks for every unique
FSBO the mailperson, the paperboy, or friends and family
give you.
It’s also a very good idea to delegate someone to find
and clip out FSBO classified ads and input them into your
FSBO database. Remember opportunity cost. Figure out
how long it would take you to do this chore yourself and
see if it’s worth it for you to hire someone else to do it
instead.
Another way to bring FSBOs to you is to entice them to
