When they see the vast knowledge you have about sell-
ing a home, they’ll be impressed and call you when they re-
alize they need an agent.
Using Open Houses to Find FSBOs
Holding an open house offers the opportunity for a
great source of leads from buyers and, more importantly,
from neighbors who are thinking of selling. While it’s rare
(in most markets) to sell the house you’re holding open,
you set a stage that attracts new prospects to you. And for
only three or four hours out of your day, you should al-
ways be up for this task.
