ENTERITEMSVIAWIZARD

Therearetwowaystoenterinformation:a simplewizard-

basedapproach, andthe manualapproach.Click Item

Wizardtogetstartedbyaddinganitemfromanonlinedatabase.

If you’reintheMediasection,you’repromptedfortheitemtype,

otherwise you jump straighttothe search tool.Remember,

Amazonserversareofflimits,sotheSoftwaresearchisuseless

becausenootheronlinedatabasesareprovided(instead,skipto

thenextsteptoinputinformationmanually).

Next,selectyouronlinedatabase,thenenterthenameof

youritem,suchasa book’sauthorortitle,andclickFind.Alist

ofmatchingresultsappears.SwitchtotheTableViewtabforan

easierwaytoreviewthem.If therearemultiplematches,select

oneandclickOpentocheckit’sthecorrectmatchusingthetabs

• PictureFrontoftenhelps[ImageC].Onceyou’vefoundthe
  rightmatch,clickNext.Theinformationis downloaded,allowing
  youtoreviewtheentry,plusmakefurthereditsoradditions.
