If you have a pair of Apple AirPods,
you can set Siri to read incoming
Messages through them. Go to Settings >
Notifications > Messages and switch on
Announce Messages with Siri. It’s only
there if you’ve paired AirPods.

If you want a screenshot of a Safari
website, there’s now an option to
snapshot the entire page, not just the screen.
Take the shot in the usual way (side button
and Home or Vol Up button), and then tap
the thumbnail before it disappears.

Something else you can do with
AirPods (or PowerBeats Pro) is
transmit the audio-feed from one iPhone to
two sets of headphones. Move the phone
close to the device with which the second
set is paired, and you’re invited to share.

The screenshot appears with the
Markup tools, as always. At the top
of the screen are a couple of options; you
can choose Screen to keep the screenshot
as it is, or Full Page to save out the page as
a whole.
AirPods: new features
Screenshotting Safari
Low Data mode.
Location-free
photos.
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile
Data Options, and you see a new feature;
Low Data Mode. Apps that use cellular
data are sent a signal to reduce their
consumption by deferring non-essential
and background tasks.
If you want to share a photo without
giving away its location, at the top of
the Share window, tap the Options link.
From the next screen, you can switch off
Location, or switch on All Photos Data
before sharing it.
