APRIL I MAY 2015 COUNTRY WOMAN 67DIRECTIONS1.With egg in carton, pressthumbtack firmly into thetop and bottom of egg topuncture shell.2.At the bottom of the egg,insert the sharp end of askewer and rotate it to breakup the yolk. Wrap the egg ina towel and shake it severaltimes to further break upthe contents.3. Place a straw over thehole at the top of the eggand blow out contents into abowl. If yolk does not floweasily out of the egg, repeatsteps 2 and 3 as needed untilegg is empty. Discard the eggcontents or reserve foranother use.4. Wash egg in warm soapywater; dry. Blow throughegg one final time to ensurethat the inside of the shell iscompletely clear.
