Popping Cable Stitch

dimensional nature of this fabric.
Cable: Ch 4, sl st around post of next sc 3 rows below, turn, 4 sc in
ch-4 sp, turn.
Ch a multiple of 6 sts.
Row 1 (RS): Sc in 2nd ch from hk and ea ch across, turn.
Rows 2–4: Ch 1, sc in ea sc across, turn.
