INHIBITION. Interference with the normal result of a nervous excitement by an
opposing force.

discharge which, as a result of the excitation of a peripheral end organ may
excite other central organs than those directly connected with it.

MORPHOLOGY. The science of form and structure of plants and animals
without regard to function.
MYOLOGY. The scientific knowledge of the muscular system.
MYTHOPOEIC. Producing or having a tendency to produce myths.
NOETIC. Of, pertaining to, or conceived by, mind.
