I accept this Tender of Financial Assistance. In doing so, I certify that I have not

accepted any other Tender of Financial Assistance from another school.

I understand that:

a. The value of this Tender shall not exceed the value of the permissible Bun-

kerschnives University and NCAA expenses applicable to ISSC and Pell Grant

awards.

b. The aid provided in this Tender will be canceled if I sign a professional sports

contract or accept money for playing in an athletic contest.
