accordingtothepackinstructions,
drain,thensetaside.
2 Heattheoilina flameproof
bakingdishordeep,ovenproof
saucepan.Frytheonionand
peppers for 5 minutes until starting

tosoften.Stirinthespicemix
andcookfor1 minutemore.
3 Shredthejackfruitintochunks
using2 forks,thenaddtothe
dish/panwiththesweetcorn
andpassata.Stiruntilthesauce
ispipinghot,thenstirinthe
drainedpastatocoat(seetip).
4 Crumbleoverthetortillachips,
thenbakeintheovenfor 15 minutes.

jalapeños,thensprinklewiththe
limejuiceorservewithwedges.
