and integrated with the Dalmia enterprise network allowing
remote surveillance of the project on mobile devices. An
attempt was made for online recording and approval of site
measurements, quality checks, and construction protocols.
However, the same could not be continued because of
constraints faced by the execution agencies on account of
technical skills and hardware.

Th e Logistics Management System was developed in-house
in the form of a web portal and mobile app that was used
by all the suppliers for equipment dispatch. Th is system
proved to be a gamechanger in ensuring timely deliveries
at site and project success.
Some of the features of the app were as follows. Suppliers
logged in with their respective credentials. Th ey created the
trip with vehicle details, driver details, transporter details,
