Kiln Erection
The project team enthusiastically entered the New
Year 2019 with a mammoth task ahead. Work was
progressing on all fronts like engineering, delivery, as
well as construction. As of January 2019, RCC drawings
released for construction were above 60% and structural
fabrication drawings released were around 25% and
from the site team, there was immense pressure for the
release of balance civil drawings and structural fabrication
drawings at the earliest. The Holtec team had also engaged
additional resources for structural design and release of
drawings to cope with the pace of the project. At the site,
construction had picked up; as of January 2019 around
30,000 CuM RCC completed by Buildmet and HAPB Infra
combined.
To boost up the morale of the team, honourable MD
& CEO visited the site on 18 January 2019 and lauded
the project team for the tremendous work done by
them. The meeting was set up in a manner where all
the key partners were available for the suggestions and
some of the senior management of our partners travelled
