Schedule performance index. The schedule performance index (SPI) is a measure of schedule

TheSVandCVvaluescanbeconvertedtoefficiencyindicatorstoreflectthecostandschedule
performanceofanyprojectforcomparisonagainstallotherprojectsorwithinaportfolioofprojects.
