We saw in the earlier part how projectors work andproject images onto a large screen. But in
the era of smartphones and tablets, we are very usedto touchscreen, even sometimes we
unconsciously use the laptop’s non-touch screen asa
touchscreen to zoom images. But we are not able touse
the projected image as a touch screen and it is very
uncomfortable to go to the computer each time we want
to select something on the screen, so to resolve this
problem there is an invention of touchscreen projector
that is in development. In this projector, one willbe able
to control the cursor with the finger on the projected
screen. The projector emits invisible IR rays which
detects the motion of fingers or a stylus which allowsa
person to interact with the projection by adding a
comment, opening icon and any other thing that onedoes
on the touchscreen.
