SPINAL TWIST


Engage the right leg to lift it up toward the sky. Bend the right knee in toward the
chest and draw it over toward the left side of the body, coming into a twist. Roll over
to the outer left hip and make sure the right shoulder stays grounded to the mat.
Extend the right arm perpendicular to the body, keeping the palm of the hand facing
upward. Gaze toward the right thumb if your neck allows. Stay for 10 breaths.
