Cortisol

you might still feel stressed or emotional, or might even sometimes feel your
heart pounding in your chest. These are symptoms of a high cortisol level.
Cortisol is the only hormone that goes up as we age. Total blood cortisol levels
are around 180 ng/mL between 8 and 9 a.m., and around 45 ng/mL between 4
