DIRECTIONS

  3. Divide the cheese among the mushroom caps.

  4. Arrange the mushroom caps in a baking pan. Add the whole garlic cloves
    and ½ cup of water.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 24 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, and serve
    hot.


Pistachio Dark Chocolate

INGREDIENTS


15  (1-inch)    pieces  dark    chocolate   made    with    cocoa   butter  and reduced sugar
1 cup shelled pistachios

DIRECTIONS



  1. Place the chocolate in a pan inside a larger pan filled with boiling water.
    Stir the chocolate until it melts.

  2. Place the pistachios in the melted chocolate.

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into small pieces, and serve.
