You are not that    busy.

We know you think you are so busy that
you can’t spare fifteen minutes to sit down at
the table and eat, but that is not true. You just
choose to spend your time elsewhere. There is
a difference.


When you do sit down to eat, do so
without electronic distractions. Don’t sell
your experience short by eating while
watching TV, sending email, or managing
your calendar. If you took the time to prepare
a healthy meal for yourself (and, perhaps,
your family), give it the respect it deserves
when it comes time to eat it. Appreciate your
hard work and the final product.
